Hi! My name is Penny Kay Okonek. I believe that Reiki and Holistic Health Practices saved my life... Let me tell you a story... My story...

I grew up in foster care since I was about 3. I was adopted at age 8 and thrown back into the foster care system at 14. Needless to say, I had issues with abandonment and love. I didn't even know how to love myself! I turned to drugs and alcohol, which led to BAD decisions. Because of those decisions, I was on a myriad of prescription drugs that left me feeling like a "zombie". I didn't want to just get by... So, I prayed... Then... I discovered Reiki and boy, did it change my life forever! With the help of Reiki, I was able to get off ALL of the prescription drugs for depression and anxiety! My pain levels are now also under control!

By mastering Reiki, other forms of divination began to open up! I am now a Reiki Master/Teacher and Medical Intuitive. I offer Intuitive Reiki Sessions and many other services, such as Intuitive and Oracle Readings, Hypnosis, as well as, Crystal and Energy Healing!

I am by no means a doctor, but I will work right along side them!
